DIRECTIONS HOW TO USE:
* Start with freshly cleansed skin
* Put a small amount of body scrub in your hand, or on your sponge
* Gently massage in circular motions, using your hand or a sponge
* Scrub your skin gently for no longer than 30 seconds
* Rinse your skin in warm water and pat dry
* Apply a moisturizer.
NOTE: Areas like the elbows and knees need more attention when using a scrub, as these places are thicker and can accumulate more dead skin cells.
*When rinsing off the sugar scrubs, you want to be careful to remove all of the sugar scrubs before stepping out of the shower.
How often you should exfoliate depends on your skin type, although the specialists suggest starting with 1 to 2 times per week.
